Detailed Itinerary
At 4:30 am, our driver guide will pick you up from Kigali and drive northwestwards to Volcanoes National Park. Drive for 3 hours to reach Kinigi Park headquarters to catch up with the pre gorilla trekking briefing and registration. At 8:00am, hike into the jungle to meet the allocated gorilla family. The 2-6 hours trek through the jungle forest is not a joke but the magical feeling of meeting face to face with gorillas is worth it. After meeting the gorillas, spend an hour with them, take pictures, capture videos and enjoy their social life.
Hike back to the trailhead to pick your trekking certificate and be debriefed. Your driver is ready to transfer you back to Kigali for your connecting flight away from Rwanda. This is the end of your 1 day Rwanda gorilla tour in the country.
